Innovation Park Innovation Park, LLC (UWM Real Estate Foundation sole member) signed an offer to purchase an 88 acre parcel on the northeast quadrant of the Wauwatosa County Grounds on July 1, 2009.  This property will be used to develop a graduate level engineering campus.  Its close proximity to the Medical College and the Milwaukee County Research Park will help to foster innovative research and collaboration.  Innovation Park, LLC is currently working through the zoning process with the City of Wauwatosa. 
  
Cambridge Commons Cambridge Commons, the UWM Real Estate Foundation's second residence hall, is located on the corner of Cambridge Avenue and North Avenue.  This 700 bed facility will include approximately 200 sophomore beds, retail space and the UWM Foundation Offices.  Cambridge Commons is slated to open its doors in the fall of 2010.

RiverView Residence Hall RiverView Residence Hall, the UWM Real Estate Foundation's first project, opened its doors to students in January 2008. RiverView was built to appeal to first-year students, offering spacious suites with a view of downtown and the Milwaukee River.
